How to request a correction
Email info@ever-code.net with the public page URL, the exact statement or field at issue, and a court, regulator, administrator, or official notice source when available.
Do not send a claim number, mailing address, payment details, proof documents, or other private claim information.
What happens after a report
- We record the report and reproduce the issue.
- We compare the page with the strongest available primary source.
- We correct material facts, links, labels, or status fields.
- We update the page's verification date.
- We add a public log entry when the correction changes meaning.
Spelling, formatting, and other changes that do not alter meaning may be fixed without a public log entry. See the full editorial policy.
