- Separate verified facts from estimates or interpretation.
- Describe deadlines with an exact date when one is available.
- Never imply that eligibility, approval, or payment is guaranteed.
- Link readers back to the controlling official material.
Commercial independence
TapClaim may earn revenue from optional app subscriptions. Payment does not determine which settlements are published or how they are ranked. Settlement administrators and defendants cannot buy a favorable editorial description.
Automation and AI
Tools may help detect changes, organize source material, or prepare a draft. They do not remove the verification gate. Facts must not be invented, and automated ingestion alone cannot publish a web page.
