Subscriptions pay for convenience
TapClaim offers auto-renewing weekly and annual subscriptions through the app store. Prices are shown before purchase. A subscription pays for product features; it does not buy access to a settlement or improve eligibility, approval, payment amount, or payment timing.
Settlement claims are not paywalled
Users can file an eligible settlement claim for free on the official administrator's website without TapClaim. TapClaim is not a law firm or settlement administrator, does not take a percentage of a settlement payment, and does not process or distribute awards.
Editorial and commercial separation
Payment cannot buy a settlement listing, a more favorable summary, an "official" source label, or higher placement in editorial content. If TapClaim introduces sponsored content or another paid relationship, it must be clearly labeled and kept separate from eligibility and filing facts.
Store-link measurement
App-store links may include campaign parameters so TapClaim can measure which website page led to a store visit. Those parameters do not change the store price. Privacy and attribution details are in the Privacy Policy.
