Cone Health Pixel Settlement: MyChart Tracking Claims Closed

Cone Health is facing a lawsuit alleging it improperly tracked information from people who used its websites, including the MyChart patient portal. Cone Health denies any wrongdoing or liability but agreed to a $1.765 million settlement to resolve the dispute and avoid further litigation costs.

The settlement hasn't received final court approval yet. A Final Approval Hearing is scheduled for November 5, 2026.

You may be eligible if you're a living individual who accessed the MyChart patient portal through a Cone Health website, or who completed a submission form on a Cone Health website, sometime between September 1, 2016, and November 3, 2022.

To claim a payment, you'll need to submit a complete, timely, and verified Claim Form confirming you accessed MyChart or filled out a form during the eligible period. The form also requires your contact details and a signed certification made under penalty of perjury. You won't need to attach supporting documents upfront, but the Settlement Administrator may follow up to request more information before approving your claim.
