Case overview

What is the FTD settlement about?

FTD is facing claims that it advertised flower and gift prices on FTD.com and ProFlowers.com without clearly disclosing mandatory delivery fees until the final step of checkout. FTD denies any wrongdoing, does not admit fault, and insists its pricing practices were not deceptive, but both sides have agreed to settle rather than continue fighting the case in court.

The deal is not yet final. A judge has approved the group of customers covered for settlement purposes only, and a Final Approval Hearing is set for December 23, 2026. No cash or vouchers will be distributed unless and until the Court gives final approval and any appeals are resolved.

You may be eligible if you ordered flowers or other items for delivery from FTD.com or ProFlowers.com and were charged and paid a delivery, shipping, handling, or service fee between January 29, 2021 and January 29, 2025.

To join the settlement, submit a Claim Form by November 13, 2026. You'll choose between two options: a $5.00 cash payment or a $15.00 voucher good on FTD's websites. The voucher can only be used once, isn't redeemable for cash, can't be combined with other deals, and expires twelve months after issuance. Choosing cash means also selecting a payment method, check or an approved electronic option, with check used by default if none is chosen.

No receipts or proof of purchase are required. You will need to provide your full name, mailing address, and valid email, and sign (including by e-signature) a certification under penalty of perjury that you're a class member who purchased during the eligible period.

To find out if you're covered, watch for an email notice about this settlement. If filing online, you'll need the 10-character "Unique ID" and 4-digit "PIN" shown on that notice, the claim site includes a "Where can I find my login information?" link explaining where to locate them. After submitting your claim online, you'll receive a confirmation code by email that you should save. If any part of your claim is incomplete, the settlement administrator will notify you once and give you seven days to fix it.
