This is the Alternative Cash Payment available to Settlement Class Members who do not wish to claim Out-of-Pocket Losses. After deducting administrative costs, attorneys’ fees, service awards, taxes, and Out-of-Pocket Loss payments from the $35 million Settlement Fund, the remaining amount is divided equally among all valid Alternative Cash Payment claimants.
