This federal class action involves allegations that LastPass experienced a cyberattack between August and November 2022, where a threat actor was able to copy both encrypted and unencrypted backup data from its cloud storage. This may have exposed customer vault and account information. LastPass denies any wrongdoing.

If you are eligible, you may submit a claim for benefits. These may include a 6-month Premium subscription upgrade and dark web monitoring services, as well as possible cash payments. Some payments, such as a $25 statutory payment or a $100 California privacy payment, may only require a claim form and confirmation without needing receipts.
