T-Mobile Applicants May Share in Up to $2.1375 Million Settlement

A lawsuit claims T-Mobile posted job openings that didn't include the wage scale or salary range and/or a general description of benefits and other compensation, as Washington law requires. T-Mobile denies any wrongdoing, denies breaking the law, and says the claims have no merit. On May 21, 2026, the Court gave the proposed settlement preliminary approval, but it isn't final yet, the Court still has to grant final approval before any money goes out. You may be eligible if, between January 1, 2023, and May 21, 2026, you applied for a regular T-Mobile position through T-Mobile's website or an authorized third-party recruiting platform, the job posting was missing the required pay and/or benefit information, and you never signed an arbitration agreement with any of the defendants. To get paid, don't opt out, and file a valid Claim Form before the deadline. You'll need the Claim ID and PIN found in the personalized notice sent to you by mail or email, which also includes the Claim Form itself. Can't find your notice, or unsure if you're covered?
