Shared Data With Dollar General? You May Qualify for Arbitration

Labaton Keller Sucharow LLP is looking into individual arbitration claims on behalf of Dollar General customers whose personal information may have been passed along to LiveRamp and its advertising partners.

According to the allegations, Dollar General gathered customer data through accounts, website and app purchases, loyalty programs, and other interactions, then combined it with information from other sources to build consumer profiles, advertising insights, analytics, and targeted ads, allegedly without customers' knowledge or consent. Dollar General has not stated its position on these allegations.

This is only an intake for possible individual arbitration claims, it is not a class action or settlement, and there's no confirmation that any arbitration has actually been filed yet. Each submission will be reviewed individually, and the firm may pursue negotiation with Dollar General or arbitration where it sees fit. There is no guarantee of recovery.
