The exact voucher amount per claimant will be determined by dividing the $9 million Common Voucher Fund by the total number of valid claims filed. The fewer the claims, the higher each individual voucher. There may also be a pro rata cash payment if the Court awards less than $3 million in attorneys’ fees and costs.

- You must have purchased an Ashley, Nectar, DreamCloud, or Siena brand mattress between October 1, 2017, and June 30, 2024.
- The mattress you purchased must have contained fiberglass as a fire-retardant material in the inner sock of the mattress. You can check whether your mattress is an affected mattress by reviewing the list of affected mattress product names and item numbers available on the settlement website.
- If you did not receive an email notice from the Settlement Administrator, you must provide proof of purchase such as a sales receipt, store record, or photo of the mattress label or tag displaying the SKU, item number, or serial number. If you do not have proof of purchase, you must provide details about your purchase including the brand name, approximate date of purchase, store of purchase, size of the mattress, and the model or item name or number. The Settlement Administrator has the right to verify whether your claim is valid.
- The settlement affects mattresses from four brands. Nectar has 13 affected SKUs covering 10 models, including the Nectar Memory Foam, Premier, Premier Hybrid, Copper, and Lush mattresses. Siena has just one affected product, the Siena Memory Foam Mattress. DreamCloud has 3 affected SKUs covering the Premier and Premier Hybrid mattresses. Ashley has the largest list with roughly 120 affected item numbers. These span from M42511 through M94551, concentrated in the M425xx–M427xx, M430xx–M431xx, M505xx–M508xx, M526xx, M591xx–M593xx, M628xx–M629xx, M658xx–M659xx, M672xx–M674xx, M699xx, M714xx, M721xx–M727xx, M756xx–M757xx, M802xx, M811xx, and M944xx–M945xx ranges.
